How it works

Step 3 – Add products to your basket and checkout.

Step 4 – Follow the online application process and submit. You can follow the status of your order, view previous orders and update your personal details from your dashboard in My Account.

Step 5 – In due course, one of the team will give you a call to run through the next stage of the application, which involves some questions around your living situation and finances.

Step 6 – Once your application is approved and the item is in stock, delivery will be arranged at a date and time suitable for you.

Step 7 – Once your item is delivered, one of our knowledgeable engineers will install and provide an initial demonstration of our item.

Step 8 – Enjoy your chosen item!
